1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Archate ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use Archate for personal or commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Commercial use without proper subscription
- Reverse engineer any Archate software
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
- Transfer materials to another person
- Engage in automated scraping or botting
3. Token System & Usage Policy
Archate uses a session-based token system to ensure fair access and prevent "credit anxiety" for professional users:
Session Resets
Your generation tokens reset automatically every 6 to 8 hours. If your balance reaches zero, the system will refill your account to the base limit of your plan during the next refill window.
Fair Use Limits
To prevent abuse and maintain generation speeds for all users, the following caps apply:
- Pro users: Maximum 100 generations per 24-hour period.
- Max users: Maximum 500 generations per 24-hour period.
- Free users: 10 generations per 24-hour period.
Day Pass Refills
A Day Pass provides a fixed block of 100 prompt tokens for the 24-hour period. Once consumed, credits do not refill until the pass expires or a new one is purchased.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to content you create using Archate. By using our service, you grant us:
Store & Process
The right to process and store your uploads for service delivery.
AI Training
The right to use anonymized data for improving our AI models.
Public Showcase
The right to showcase your work in our gallery (if and only if you toggle 'Make Public').
5. Service & Liability
Materials are provided on an 'as is' basis. Archate makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
